Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized professional to bridge the gap between our field operations and office administration. You will manage the deployment and servicing of EDC machines and Sound Boxes for major banks and fintech brands (SBI, PhonePe, etc.). Your goal is to ensure field engineers are on track and client reports are updated daily.
Key Responsibilities
Field Coordination: Assign daily service tickets and installation tasks to field engineers.
Real-time Tracking: Monitor the movement of field staff to ensure timely visits and device installations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of EDC/Sound Box serial numbers and merchant details in Excel or our internal CRM.
Client Reporting: Prepare and share daily MIS reports with our banking and fintech partners.
Inventory Control: Track the stock of devices, chargers, and SIM cards moving in and out of the office.
Conflict Resolution: Handle calls from field engineers or merchants to resolve on-site deployment issues.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–3 years in Back Office or Operations (Experience in POS, Telecom, or Logistics is a huge plus).
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and WhatsApp Web for coordination.
Communication: Fluent in Hindi to communicate clearly with field staff.
Attributes: Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deployment targets.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – 20,000 per month.
