We are hiring an Education Counsellor to manage student renewals, retention, and ongoing engagement. The role involves counselling existing students and parents, addressing concerns, and achieving renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student and their renewals
Engage with students and parents to ensure satisfaction
Address academic concerns
Coordinate with teacher and parent
Maintain CRM/LMS records
Achieve renewal and retention targets
Requirements:
Only Freshers
Strong communication and relationship skills
Experience in EdTech/coaching preferred
Target-driven, student-focused approach
