We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team at at Softcrayons Tech Solution (opc) Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals on IT courses such as software development, data science, Graphic designing, cloud computing, and more
Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and skill levels to recommend suitable programs
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
Drive enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits, career outcomes, and placement opportunities
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective leads and ensure conversion targets are met
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
