Education Counsellor

Job Summary 

We’re hiring an  Educational Counsellor  to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counselling, handling admissions, and supporting the student journey from inquiry to onboarding.

  Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on IT training programs and career pathways in fields such as Python, Java, Data Science, Web Development, etc.

• Handle student inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person walk-ins with professionalism and empathy. 

• Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for students.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly admission and enrolment targets. 

• Represent ITpreneur in educational seminars, webinars, and outreach activities to promote courses and build brand awareness  

  Requirements 

• Strong communication and counselling skills. 

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). 

• Understanding of IT training areas like Python, Java, Data Science, Web Development, etc.   

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
