Job Summary

We are hiring Education Counsellors / Career Counsellors to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable online degree and certification programs. The role involves counselling, lead follow-up, admission assistance, and achieving enrolment targets through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.

• Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.

• Counsel students on suitable online degree and certification programs.

• Explain course details, university options, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

• Handle leads from enquiry to final admission and enrolment.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in CRM.

• Handle objections professionally and build trust with students.

• Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or similar roles.

• Experience in online education / higher education counselling will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
