Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads across India.
• Explain course details, program benefits, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students regarding suitable courses based on their needs and career goals. • Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions in CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and support team for smooth onboarding of students.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and sales skills.
• Ability to handle student queries and objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic personality. Preferred Qualifications.
Experience- In EdTech, telesales, telecalling, or academic counseling.
