Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms.
Upload and update product listings on online marketplaces/websites.
Monitor product pricing, stock, and availability.
Process online orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams.
Track online sales performance and prepare reports.
