Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for a Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Slenor Apparels. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms and online stores.

• Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, and product attributes.

• Manage marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor daily orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and overall marketplace performance.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and internal teams for smooth order processing.

• Optimize product listings for better visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales.

• Track marketplace promotions, discounts, campaigns, and competitor pricing.

• Analyze sales and performance reports to identify growth opportunities.

• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate stock updates across platforms.

• Handle marketplace issues, catalog errors, pricing issues, and account-related concerns.

• Support e-commerce marketing activities, including SEO, promotions, and performance campaigns.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, returns, inventory, and marketplace performance.

• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, algorithms, and new e-commerce opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
