We are looking for a customer upgrade executive to join our team at Vardhan Consulting Services. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound voice calls to UAE-based telecom customers.
• Sell telecom packages tailored to potential users.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of mobile plans and service packages.
• Create logical need-based conversations and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve result-oriented business targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Computer Knowledge,Convincing Skills,MS Excel is an added advantage.
