Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the store.

Promote and cross-sell postpaid SIM cards and related services.

Handle telesales and customer calling activities.

Conduct occasional field visits whenever required.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic sales and customer handling ability.

Confidence in telesales and upselling.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
