We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for Sales, Telesales, Product Advisor, and Customer Support (Voice Process) roles. The role involves interacting with customers over voice calls, understanding their needs, promoting services, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Pitch products/services and close sales (for sales profiles)
Resolve customer queries with clarity and empathy
Maintain accurate customer and call records
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Sales / Telesales / Collections / Voice Process
Languages Required (Any One):
Marathi & Hindi
Gujarati & Hindi
Punjabi & Hindi
Bengali & Hindi
Qualification: HSC and above
Age: 21 years and above
Good communication skills and customer-handling ability
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on role & experience)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Transport: Pick & Drop facility from Thane Station
Work Details
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days working
Weekly Off: Rotational
Walk-In Details
Walk-In Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
