JOB OPENING - Customer Support Executive (Chat & Calling Process)

Company: Hitgrove Enterprises (Brand: Shopdop)

Location: C-40 Basement, Sector 58, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other support channels. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product-related queries, order confirmation, order status, delivery updates, complaints, and general support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Live Chat, Phone Calls, Email, and Social Media.

  • Attend incoming customer calls and make outbound calls for order confirmation, payment follow-ups, delivery coordination, and customer feedback.

  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order-related queries.

  • Track orders and provide shipment and delivery updates.

  • Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams regarding delayed, undelivered, or returned shipments.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and pending cases.

  • Update customer and order details in CRM, Excel, or the company's internal system.

  • Follow up with customers until their issues are resolved.

  • Escalate complex cases to the concerned team whenever required.

  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style.

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.

  • Comfortable handling both Chat & Calling processes.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, and Internet.

  • Good typing speed and multitasking ability.

  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

  • Quick learner with a responsible, disciplined, and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

  • Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Customer support experience will be an added advantage.

  • Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
