We are currently expanding our Noida operations team and are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist who is communicative, dependable, and genuinely customer-focused. This is not a cold-calling role. You will work with warm inbound enquiries and pre-qualified outbound leads — homeowners who have already expressed interest in energy upgrades or government rebate programs. Your job is to engage, consult, qualify, and schedule confirmed appointments for our Australian field team.

Customer Service & Support
Handle inbound calls and web enquiries from Australian homeowners during AEST business hours
Respond to customer queries professionally, clearly, and with genuine empathy
Consult customers on basic product and service-related questions (training provided)
Act as the communication bridge between customers and our internal sales, operations, and support teams
Ensure every customer interaction is smooth, timely, and professional
Sales Support & Pre-Qualification
Make outbound follow-up calls to warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold lists, no cold calling
Qualify homeowners for VEU, Solar Victoria, and federal rebate eligibility
Understand customer requirements, property type, and energy upgrade expectations
Pass well-documented, qualified information to the sales and technical team
Make consultative sales calls after structured training — no hard targets
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule and confirm in-home assessment appointments in the field team's calendar
Send appointment confirmations via SMS and email
Make reminder calls 24 hours and 2 hours prior to each appointment
Manage reschedules, cancellations, and callback queues efficiently
Coordination & Record Keeping
Update and maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM at all times
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams on customer requirements
Follow up on all pending customer actions and open requests
Ensure every interaction is documented correctly for compliance and team visibility
HOW PERFORMANCE IS MEASURED
There are no rigid daily call targets or pressure-based KPIs. Performance is monitored based on:
Communication quality — clarity, tone, and professionalism in every interaction
Data accuracy — completeness and correctness of all CRM records
Customer handling — empathy, patience, and resolution orientation
Reliability and consistency — punctuality, follow-through, and dependability
Requirements
Must Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Australian-process BPO, contact centre, or customer-facing role
Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written (clear, neutral, confident)
Prior experience in appointment booking, customer service, lead nurturing, or inside sales
Basic working knowledge of CRM systems — Zoho CRM or similar
Comfortable working AEST-aligned morning shift from our Noida office
Immediate availability to join — notice period must be nil or bought out within 15 days
Preferred
Experience in solar, renewable energy, HVAC, insurance, or home services (Australian process)
Familiarity with government rebate schemes — VEU, Solar Victoria, STC
Exposure to Australian customer behaviour and communication style
Background in consultative or advisory customer interactions

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary ₹30,000 per month in-hand during the probation period (45 days). Salary is reviewed and revised upward at the end of probation based on performance — high performers are eligible for fast-track revision without waiting for an annual cycle.
Performance Bonus Monthly performance-linked bonus on top of base pay. No ceiling on earnings for consistent performers.
