Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated costumer relation executive to support our sales team by interacting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and presenting our software solutions. The candidate will play a key role in qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand client requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.

• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design suitable software solutions.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

• Participate in discovery calls and client meetings.

• Respond to client queries related to product features and implementation.

• Maintain lead records and update CRM with meeting notes and follow-ups.

• Assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle until deal closure.

Day-to-Day Work Profile

• Reviewing new leads and qualifying prospects.

• Scheduling and conducting product demos.

• Preparing customized presentations and proposals.

• Coordinating with internal teams for solution feasibility.

• Following up with potential clients.

• Updating CRM and reporting sales activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
