Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Prepare reports and provide regular updates on business development activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
