Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Engagement/Relationship Executive to join a premium jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing and prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.

• Share jewellery collections, new launches, offers and promotions with customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Encourage customers to visit the showroom and assist in generating showroom visits.

• Follow up with customers and maintain regular engagement.

• Understand customer requirements and provide a personalised experience.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer engagement, telesales, customer relationship management, retail or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• English and Hindi are required; Marathi is an added advantage.

• Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Experience in jewellery, premium retail or luxury brands will be an advantage.
