Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery

Job Description:

• Attend to customers and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their preferences.

• Explain jewellery designs, quality, pricing, and product details.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product displays, stock records, and store cleanliness.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat sales.

• Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, presentable personality, and target-oriented approach.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
