Job Responsibilities:
• Promote residential and commercial properties through online and offline channels
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Explain property details to clients and understand their requirements
• Arrange and coordinate site visits, follow up with prospects, and support the closing process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
• Create and manage digital marketing content for social media platforms
• Assist in running online campaigns to increase property visibility and brand awareness
• Track inquiries, maintain customer records, and report sales progress
