Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Industry: Two-Wheeler Showroom ( Automobile)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Gender: Male/Female
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Schedule showroom visits, appointments, and test rides.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely lead conversion.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
