Job Summary

Bhima Jewellery is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Greeter / CRE to welcome customers and ensure a pleasant showroom experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide customers professionally within the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.

• Assist customers with basic showroom guidance and direct them to the concerned department.

• Maintain a professional and pleasant front-desk presence.

• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with sales staff for customer assistance.

• Maintain customer waiting areas and ensure smooth customer flow.

• Support showroom activities and customer engagement initiatives.

• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
