Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain profitable, long-term relationships with key clients.
Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Issue Resolution: Quickly and efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns across various channels (phone, email, social media).
Customer Retention & Growth: Implement retention programs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and work to renew contracts.
Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing to personalize interactions, improve customer journeys, and align strategies.
Data & Insights: Analyze customer data and feedback to spot trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform business decisions.
Communication: Manage customer communications, provide updates, and represent the company's face to clients.
Market Awareness: Research competitors and industry trends to stay competitive.
