Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Handle key clients and close high-value property deals
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts
Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth deal closures
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales with team-handling exposure
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven with excellent customer relationship management abilities
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
