Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support business growth in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, engaging potential customers, and creating interest in our HVAC and renewable energy solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with an innovative company focused on sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to expand market presence across Australia.

Identify and connect with potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Present and promote Local Energy Savers’ air conditioning, solar, and heat pump solutions.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualify and nurture leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and performance using CRM tools.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Represent I Experts and Local Energy Savers professionally in all customer interactions.

Shift Timings:04:30 AM - 01:30 PM

Second Shift timings:06:30 AM – 02:30 PM

Salary & Incentives:₹14,000 – UPTO₹25,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18 – 35 years

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Required Skills

Fluency in English (verbal communication is mandatory)

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Ability to work with targets and performance goals

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools
