Sales Executive-CREDIT CARD-Sales (D0) As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's credit card business. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored credit card solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring a smooth application process. Building a strong network and maintaining relationships with clients will be key to your success. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for credit card acquisitions. Conduct market research and identify potential customers for credit card products. Build and maintain a strong network of prospects and clients. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly. Stay updated with the latest credit card offerings and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline. Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems. Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend client meetings.
