Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Patient Coordinator to join our team at Vrinda Center, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient interactions, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and courteous manner
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Maintaining patient records and ensuring data accuracy
Coordinating with medical staff for smooth workflow
Addressing patient queries and concerns efficiently
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office is desirable
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month
