The Visa Counselor is responsible for advising clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation for various countries. The role involves end-to-end visa processing, client counseling, and coordination with embassies, consulates, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients on visa options, eligibility criteria, and application processes
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories (tourist, student, work, business, PR, etc.)
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Stay updated with immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and visa policies of different countries
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/BLS centers, and other authorities as required
