Key Responsibilities
Advisory & Assessment: Consult with clients to assess their needs, evaluate eligibility for various visa categories, and advise on the best immigration options.
Documentation Support: Review, verify, and organize mandatory documents for accuracy, such as passports, forms, and financial records, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements

Application Management: Prepare and submit visa applications, handling online submissions and communicating directly with embassies or consulates.
Client Guidance: Prepare clients for visa interviews through mock sessions and provide information on travel policies.
Update Regulations: Stay informed about changing immigration laws, policies, and visa procedures
Qualifications and Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required.
Experience: Prior experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or customer service is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration laws and specific country visa processes.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, proficiency in documentation, and organizational skills.
