Roles and responsibilities
• Work from assigned hotel properties on a rotational basis across hotel group.
• Conduct professional property tours for corporate clients and showcase rooms, facilities and amenities.
• Present brand standards and value propositions confidently.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable accommodations or event packages.
• Handle follow-ups with existing clients and maintain strong partnerships.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate closely with hotel operations and front-office teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
• Support corporate tie-ups and strategic business development initiatives.
