Urgent Hiring Commercial Interior Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Interior Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and work closely with the design and project teams to deliver tailored interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities in the commercial interior and fit-out sector.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, builders, and decision-makers.

• Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and site visits.

• Prepare and coordinate BOQs, quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

• Have a good understanding of project costing, estimation, material costs, labour, fabrication, and installation costs.

• Discuss project budgets and commercial terms confidently with clients.

• Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals.

• Negotiate with clients and convert qualified leads into projects.

• Follow up on quotations and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out Sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Confident personality with the ability to deal directly with decision-makers.

• Good understanding of commercial interior project costing and estimation.

• Knowledge of BOQ, quotations, materials, fabrication, and installation costs.

• Strong lead generation and business development capabilities.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

⚠️ Important: Candidates must have relevant Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out Sales experience and should be comfortable with project costing and commercial negotiations.
