We are looking for a Closing Manager in Real Estate to join our team at at Eleve 1 Project. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹45000 - ₹55000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

To close deals & ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
Looking for a candidate having experience in Real Estate closing.
Client communication & Relationship Management.
Preparing & reviewing all necessary documents.
Scheduling & coordinating property viewings.
Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process.
Achieving Sales targets & contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
Deal Negotiation and Closure.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.Looking for smart candidate who are from developers or mandate firms.
