Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives who can convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication, consultative selling and consistent follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right business/compliance service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant Setindiabiz services.

• Generate sales through lead conversion and follow-ups.

• Make effective sales pitches and handle customer objections.

• Follow up with interested and pending customers until closure.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide a professional customer experience.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Maintain proper call dispositions and follow-up records.

• Participate in training and continuously improve product and sales knowledge.
