Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Client Relationship Manager who can drive revenue, manage customer relationships, and convert qualified opportunities into long-term business.

This position offers a structured fast-track career path. Selected candidates undergo product training and move into the CRM role after achieving defined sales benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategies for IT services and SaaS offerings

• Generate, nurture, and close qualified leads

• Build strong, long-term client relationships

• Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client success

Compensation (After Confirmation)

• Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 per month (₹5.4 LPA)

• Incentives: Over & above fixed pay

• Statutory deductions as per government norms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Confidence in client handling and closing deals

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Basic understanding of IT / software / digital services preferred

• Self-driven, disciplined, and growth focused

• Preferred M.B.A. or Any other graduates

• Previous Sales/Client Manager experience preferred.
