Role summary
You will be the link between our clients and our lead data. You will understand each client’s lead requirements, verify leads against them, and deliver accurate, ready-to-use leads while keeping clients updated and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Understand each client’s requirements: target audience, location, budget, industry, and lead criteria.

• Verify leads by calling or messaging them and checking their details (name, phone, email, company, location, interest).

• Remove duplicates, fake or invalid entries, and leads that don’t match the client’s criteria.

• Deliver verified leads to clients on time, in the agreed format (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email).

• Be the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and replacement requests.

• Collect client feedback on lead quality and share it with the team to improve sourcing.

• Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads received, verified, rejected, and delivered.

• Keep client records and the CRM or tracker updated.

• Flag delays, quality issues, or client concerns to the manager early.

Required skills

• Strong communication in English and Hindi (or the local language), both spoken and written.

• Professional, polite client handling, including difficult conversations.

• Good with Excel or Google Sheets and a CRM.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Time management and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
