Profile - Client Relationship Associate (CRA)
Qualification - 12th passed/Graduation Completed
Experience - Freshers
Location- A100 Sec 4,Noida Near Sector 16 metro station
Salary- For Freshers
Salary 15,100k including ESI Card + 500 Attendance Bonus

Job Opening: outbound ( client relationship associate)
Location: Smile India Trust, Noida sector 4 ( near sector 16 metro station)
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years
Salary: fix salary+ attractive incentive+ attendance bonus
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential donors/clients.
• Maintain records of calls and donor interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Positive attitude and persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge
