Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and targetdriven Client Acquisition Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting companyprovided leads into successful client acquisitions through effective communication, followups, and relationship-building. This is a pure inside sales role with no cold lead generation required.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with companygenerated inbound and warm leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services
·
·
Convert qualified leads into paying clients through structured sales conversations
·
·
Maintain regular followups to ensure high conversion rates
·
·
Accurately update lead and client details in the CRM system
·
·
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
·
·
Handle client objections and negotiate to close deals effectively
·
·
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
·
·
Build longterm relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
·
·
Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and conversion reports
·
Required Skills

Experience in inside sales, client acquisition, or tele sales roles
·

Strong verbal (Hindi & English )and written communication skills
·
·
Confident and persuasive personality with closing ability
·

Target-oriented mindset with strong followup discipline

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
