Hiring: Sales & Service Associate (Bengaluru)

Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Sales & Service team. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, assisting customers with product information and orders, promoting relevant services, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer interactions professionally

• Provide sales support & promote products/services

• Resolve queries and complaints effectively

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Meet individual & team targets

• Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in (English & Hindi)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Comfortable with rotational shifts
