We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive sales through a strong and growing channel partner network. The role involves appointing and managing channel partners, strengthening relationships with new and existing channels, and generating sales for primary and secondary real estate properties. The incumbent will also be responsible for handling channel-driven site visits and client meetings across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Appoint, onboard, and manage new Channel Partners to expand the company’s channel network.
• Strengthen relationships with existing Channel Partners to ensure consistent business generation.
• Drive sales through Channel Partners for primary and secondary real estate properties.
• Ensure site visits and client meetings are conducted through channel partners.
• Travel to different cities to build and strengthen a network of new and existing channel partners.
• Plan and execute channel meetings, training sessions, and engagement programs.
• Monitor channel performance and provide regular feedback, guidance, and support. • Communicate project details, pricing, schemes, and policies effectively to channel partners.
Deliverables:
• Appointment and activation of new Channel Partners as per business targets.
• Generation of qualified site visits through Channel Partners.
• Consistent sales pipeline creation via the channel network. Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proven expertise in Channel Partner appointment and management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and scale channel networks across multiple cities.
• Sound understanding of real estate sales (primary & secondary market).
• High ownership, result-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in channel sales in real estate.
