We are looking for a Center Head – Education to join our team at at Manoeuvre Education Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end center operations (sales, academics, admin)
Drive admissions and achieve revenue targets
Lead, train, and monitor sales & counseling team
Ensure high-quality student experience and retention
Plan and execute local marketing activities (seminars, tie-ups, events)
Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
