Job Description – Marketing Executive

Position: BDM & Marketing Head

Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Reports To: Management / Marketing Head

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will support the promotion and marketing activities.

The role includes assisting with campaigns, brand collaborations, event promotions, and lead generation initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate brand collaborations and partnership opportunities

• Support promotion of pageant events, auditions, and special programs

• Work with the social media team on digital marketing initiatives

• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and campaign materials

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of marketing and brand promotion

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently

• Interest in events, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
