New Style Commerce Academy is looking for a passionate and student-focused Career Counsellor to guide students toward the right academic and career opportunities. The ideal candidate will help students identify their strengths, interests, and career goals while providing expert counselling on courses, competitive exams, higher education, and professional career paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding career options, academic planning, and professional development.

• Guide students in selecting suitable commerce-related courses and career pathways.

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and group career guidance seminars.

• Assist students with college admissions, entrance exams, and skill development planning.

• Maintain student counselling records and progress reports.

• Coordinate with faculty members and parents when required.

• Stay updated with current industry trends, educational opportunities, and career prospects.

• Organize career awareness workshops, webinars, and motivational sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Commerce, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counselling and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of commerce careers, professional courses, and higher education options.

• Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.

• Prior counselling or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
