About the Role

HR Packforge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in Industrial Automation and Process Instrumentation. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and the ability to develop new business opportunities across India.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B business opportunities.
Visit customers across India.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct technical product presentations.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial offers.
Maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, System Integrators, Consultants, and Industrial Customers.
Coordinate with the technical team for customer support.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of Industrial Automation / Instrumentation Sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, PLC, SCADA, and Industrial Automation products.
Ability to travel across India.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
