Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Student Visa Counsellor who can guide students with career counselling, country selection, and student visa enrollment for Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Germany. The role requires strong communication skills, student handling ability, and a sales-driven mindset to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling & Sales

Counsel students and parents about study abroad options

Suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries

Convert walk-in, calling, and digital leads into enrollments

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets

Visa Guidance

Explain student visa processes for Canada, UK, USA, Australia & Germany

Guide students on eligibility, documents, funds & timelines

Coordinate with the visa processing team after enrollment

Follow-ups & CRM

Regular follow-ups with interested students

Maintain proper student records & lead status

Build long-term trust and relationships with students

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in student visa counselling (preferred)

Strong knowledge of Canada / UK / Australia / Germany student visas

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Sales mindset with a target-oriented approach

Comfortable with calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp & CRM

Graduate (Education background preferred)
