Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to drive client acquisition and business growth in our IT staffing firm. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and help match them with top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients via cold calling, networking, email, and social media.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Present tailored staffing solutions and close deals.

• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure quality delivery.

• Maintain CRM records and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/HR (preferred).

• 0–3 years of sales/business development experience (IT staffing preferred).

• Understanding of IT roles and technologies.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience with VMS/MSP clients.

• Familiarity with U.S. staffing.

• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing tools.
