Job Description:
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing information about legal services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their queries.
Provide clear information about the company’s legal services.
Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, messages, or emails.
Record customer interactions and maintain proper data in the system.
Follow up with clients and ensure their concerns are addressed.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
