BRATMA is a fast-growing t-shirt manufacturing brand supplying across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, and B2B clients. We are building a system-driven company focused on scale, discipline, and execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Operations Manager who can build, implement, and enforce systems across sales, operations, and team performance.

This is not a planning or desk job. Your success will be measured by how well you bring discipline, tracking, and structure into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. System & Process Implementation

• Create and document SOPs for daily activities (sales, dispatch, CRM, production)

• Standardize workflows to reduce dependency on individuals

2. Daily Tracking & Accountability

• Implement KPI tracking (sales, calls, dispatch, attendance)

• Maintain daily reporting dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets)

3. Team Discipline & Performance

• Conduct daily morning & evening review meetings

• Ensure targets are assigned and achieved

• Identify gaps and enforce corrective actions

4. CRM & Data Management

• Implement and manage CRM tools like Zoho CRM / HubSpot

• Ensure all leads, follow-ups, and customer data are properly tracked

5. Operational Efficiency

• Coordinate between sales, production, and dispatch

• Remove bottlenecks and improve turnaround time

Who Should Apply

• 2–5 years experience in operations / process management

• Strong in execution, not just ideas

• Comfortable handling and pushing teams for results

• Good command over Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools

• Experience in sales-driven or manufacturing businesses preferred

Who Should NOT Apply
