As a Business Development Associate at UrsTech Solution, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Explain and pitch UrsTech Solution’s services to prospects effectively.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain strong follow-up for lead conversion and client engagement.
Build and manage long-term client relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic documentation as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the company.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to confidently handle client conversations and negotiations.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead generation, and MS Office.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
