Key Responsibilities
Review and process mortgage loan applications and documents.
Verify borrower information, income, employment, assets, and credit details.
Collect missing documents and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other teams.
Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting.
Track loan status and ensure timely processing and closing.
Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and lending guidelines.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in mortgage, banking, finance, or loan processing is an advantage.
