Job Description
- Company: Aspire interGlobe Services
- Job Location: Noida sector 2
- Position: Business Development Officer (BDO)
- Experience: Fresher
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month
- Job Role: Handle outbound sales and generate business for financial products including Home Loans/LAP, Personal Loans/Credit Cards, and Life Insurance.
Job Responsibilities
• Connect with validated leads from Wishfin.com and generate sales through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Explain product benefits, resolve queries, and provide support via calls and emails.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs to ensure timely resolution of customer applications.
• Follow up with leads, build customer relationships, and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Comfortable with outbound sales and target-oriented work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet usage.
• Banking/Finance experience will be an added advantage.
