Job Description:
Addymize Web Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing and IT services company. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to support our business growth by generating new clients and managing sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads
Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
Present and promote the company’s digital marketing and IT services
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
Graduate or Undergraduate (experience preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of sales and business development
Target-driven and professional attitude
