Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand market presence in the metals industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the metals, steel, and alloys segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors, and dealers
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Participate in industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of metals/steel/alloys products and market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools
